I can see that the leaves are starting to turn yellow and the days are shorter, the nights cooler. Although we will no doubt have some hot days ahead, I feel Fall in the air. It is a time of transition, often times, a time to turn inward. I find myself thinking about new projects and planning for creative winter distractions. I am also recommitting myself to physical activity, healthy eating and nurturing relationships because I know these are harder for me to do in the fall and winter. Does the fall transition affect you in some way? Are there specific aspects of health you find more challenging to manage?
